How do I transfer my notes from the free version to the paid version?

A:

All iPhones running OS 3.0 or higher can press the 'Copy Notes' button in the settings menu, which is only displayed when more than 1 note exists. The a settings option will appear in the paid version to 'Import Notes'.

Q:

How can I transfer my notes to my desktop computer

A:

You can send all notes via email, but other methods of synchronisation/ file transfer are not yet available. Instead of using online API's we have decided to wait until a better solution with the native iPhone OS is developed.

Q:

I have upgraded my iPhone/ iPod to the new operating system version from Apple. When I removed my iPhone/ iPod from iTunes I realised I lost all my information on my iPod. What happened?

A:

You didn't restore the iPhone/ iPod from the backup file. When you upgrade the operating system software iTunes completely wipes the iPhone/ iPod of ALL its information. But before this happens the state of the device is saved into a backup file, which you MUST restore from once the new software is updated. iTunes will display all the options to you as your installing the new update so make sure you pay attention to the instructions and your information will remain on the iPhone/ iPod.
